Daniel Brennan obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from Georgetown University in 1988, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Villanova School of Law in 1993. Prior to joining this firm in 1995, Dan worked in the Labor and Employment Department of Drinker, Biddle & Reath for two years.
Dan is a member of the bars of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal district courts. Dan's practice is devoted to counseling and litigation in the areas of labor and employment, and employee benefits. He has practiced extensively before federal and state courts, the National Labor Relations Board, and state labor and human relations boards.
Dan serves as counsel to several multi-employer benefit funds. Dan also regularly handles labor arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations and the drafting of executive employment agreements. Dan has given seminars on a variety of topics, including seminars to the insurance industry on employment practice liability (EPL) claims and underwriting.
