Mark Levengood earned his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova School of Law in May 2004 and joined the firm in September 2004. Mark received a B.A. in History from Wheaton College in 2001 where he was also captain of the varsity baseball team. Mark handles labor and employment, and employee benefits matters, including employment discrimination and harassment claims, ERISA litigation and advice, wage and hour matters, and OSHA claims and investigations.

Mark is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal district courts.
