Carolyn Pellegrini graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Political Science degree in 2005. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University and joined the firm in 2009. Before joining the firm Carolyn participated in an externship with the EEOC during which she conducted numerous mediations. Carolyn handles traditional labor law, employment law, and employee benefit matters, including employment discrimination and harassment claims, ERISA compliance, and claims before state and federal courts and state and federal agencies.

Carolyn is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
