Brian Shire earned his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova School of Law in May 2009, graduating cum laude.  While at Villanova School of Law, Brian was an Associate Editor of Outside Articles on the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. Brian received his B.A. in both Government and Politics and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2006. Brian handles traditional labor law, employment law, and employee benefit matters, including employment discrimination and harassment claims, ERISA compliance, and claims before state and federal courts and state and federal agencies.

Brian is a member of the state bar of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal courts.
