Roger Susanin joined the firm in 1972, a year after its inception. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 1967 where he majored in English. His legal studies at the Dickinson School of Law were interrupted in the summer of 1968 when he was drafted into the United States Army. Roger served in Vietnam as a staff sergeant in the Artillery. Following his discharge from the Army, he resumed his legal studies and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in 1972.
Roger is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Supreme Court, and numerous federal district courts and circuit courts throughout the nation.
Roger's entire legal career has been spent representing management in labor and employment law matters. Roger has served as the chief spokesperson in hundreds of labor negotiations. He has represented management in labor and employment discrimination cases throughout the country. He is a frequent speaker to employer and business groups on a wide variety of labor and employment topics and enjoys a national reputation as an effective and well-respected negotiator.
