Mike’s practice focuses on advice and litigation in labor, employment, and employee benefits law. He works with numerous multi-employer plan clients in the drafting of trust agreements, plan documents, summary plan descriptions, summary material modifications, administrative services agreements, plan service provider contracts, and day-to-day administrative matters. He also represents employers in employment litigation involving race, disability, age, religious, and sex and sexual orientation discrimination.
Mike obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Mike served as a Research Editor of the Temple Law Review and was Captain of the Temple Jessup International Moot Court Team. Mike also served as President of the Temple Jewish Law Students Association and is a member of the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society. He joined the firm in 2015. He is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey as well as several federal district and circuit courts.
In his free time, Mike enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and son.
