Brian’s practice includes employment litigation and consultation for both public and private employers in all aspects of the employment relationship including litigation involving age, race, disability, national origin, religious, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity discrimination, as well as claims involving sexual and other forms of harassment, wrongful discharge, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Brian also practices in the areas of traditional labor law, commercial litigation, and ERISA benefits.
Brian has served as an adjunct professor for Pennsylvania State University and regularly conducts employment practices training, gives seminars, and teaches continuing legal education classes to other attorneys, business professionals, and Pennsylvania municipal employees.
Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1997. He joined the firm in 2008 after spending 8 years at White and Williams in their labor and employment group and three years at the labor and employment law firm of Flamm, Boroff & Bacine. He is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey as well as numerous federal district and circuit courts.
In his free time, Brian serves on the Board of Directors of the Delta School, an approved private school for children with autism and learning disabilities, and assists in coaching his sons’ sports teams.
