Jerry’s practice focuses on litigation and advice in employment, labor, and employee benefits law matters. He represents employers in all aspects of the employment relationship including litigation involving race, disability, age, religious, sex and sexual orientation discrimination, wage and hour claims, wrongful discharge and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He has drafted handbooks and policies for employers and advised employers on various employment law matters.
He also works with numerous multiemployer plan clients in several compliance areas including ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and HIPAA and provides advice on the drafting of plan documents, summary plan descriptions, summary material modifications, reciprocal agreements and day-to-day administrative matters.
Jerry obtained his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2018. While in law school, Jerry served as a Staff Editor of the Temple Law Review. He joined the firm in 2018. He is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In his free time, Jerry enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with his family.
