John serves as of counsel in select matters focusing on construction, labor, and employment law. He has represented management-side clients in litigation before federal and state courts and various agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and the DOL. John has also handled numerous labor arbitrations and presented seminars on OSHA, employment, labor, and construction law.
John obtained his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy (West Point) in 1984. Upon graduation from West Point, he served in the Army as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Aide-de-Camp before going to law school on an Army scholarship program. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School. After law school, John served in the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corp as a senior prosecutor, senior defense counsel, and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey prosecuting felonies in which the Army had an interest. John joined the firm in 1999 after spending three years at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in their labor and employment group.
In 2014, John was elected to serve as a Councilman in Eastampton, NJ, and also serves as a member of the Burlington County Republican Committee.
