Nick’s practice focuses on litigation and advice in employment, labor, and employee benefits law matters. He represents employers in all aspects of the employment relationship including litigation involving race, disability, age, religious, sex, and sexual orientation discrimination, wage and hour claims, wrongful discharge, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also works with multiemployer plan clients in compliance areas including ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
Nick obtained his undergraduate degree from Drexel University in 2014 and his Juris Doctor from Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Nick volunteered at the Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts and participated in the Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition. He joined the firm in 2019. He is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In his free time, Nick enjoys watching and analyzing sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
