Brian’s practice focuses on labor, employment, and employee benefits law. He regularly represents private companies and public sector employers in a wide variety of labor and employment issues, including age, race, disability, religious and sex discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, the Family Medical Leave Act, unemployment compensation, and ERISA matters. He routinely counsels unionized and non-unionized employers in traditional labor matters, serves as chief spokesperson in collective bargaining negotiations, and represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board and Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.
Brian also represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and represents employers in employment discrimination claims, ERISA compliance, and contract claims.
Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from the Villanova School of Law in 2009. He joined the firm in 2009. He is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey as well as numerous federal district and circuit courts.
In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
